Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage until it crumbles.
    Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings.
    Add oleo to drippings.
    Add flour and cook 1 minute.
    Add milk and cook until thickened.
    Stir in sausage and seasonings.
