Hearty Baked Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, uncooked
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine water, tomato puree, Italian seasoning and 1/2 of garlic powder.
    In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, onion powder and rest of garlic powder.
    Spray a 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Spread 1/3 of tomato mix in dish.
    Layer 1/2 of macaroni, all of cheese mixture, and 1/3 of the tomato mix.
    Add rest of macaroni and cover with tomato mix.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
    Uncover and top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, until cheese melts.
