Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1 onion
    5 cloves garlic
    1 qt. water
    salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. minced parsley
    1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, onion and garlic.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Combine 1 quart water; cook 30 minutes.
    Add minced parsley and milk; heat 5 minutes more.
