Magic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
2 c. (16 to 17 oz. can) canned pumpkin
1 1/3 c. (15 oz. can) Eagle Brand milk
1 egg, unbeaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.
Turn mixture into pie shell.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until sharp bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool.
Refrigerate at least one hour.
