Betty'S Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. oleo
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Cream oleo, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa together 3 times.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla.
Mix well, scraping sides of bowl often.
Pour batter in large, oiled tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
