Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 basket ripe tomatoes
    12 large onions
    12 to 18 hot peppers
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 or 3 c. sugar (depending on how hot you like relish)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pickling spices
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes finely.
    Chop onions and peppers. Combine all ingredients.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into scalded jars and seal at once.
