Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. (7 1/2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water (optional)
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt chocolate chips with butter, cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat brown sugar and eggs until blended.
Add chocolate mixture and dissolved coffee; beat well.
Stir in flour and baking powder.
Spread evenly in baking pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean; cool on a wire rack.
