Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head lettuce
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 or 2 tomatoes, cut as desired
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, sliced or 4 scallions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
6 radishes, sliced
1/4 c. parsley, finely cut with scissors
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
Calamata or Greek black olives
anchovies (optional)
Preparation

Break lettuce into small pieces.
Place in large bowl with remaining vegetables.
Pour enough dressing to lightly coat each piece.
Garnish with Feta cheese, olives and anchovies.
