Favorite Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In
    bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
    In another bowl, beat eggs about 1 minute on high speed until light and fluffy.
    Pour eggs over flour mixture.
    Pour in buttermilk.
    Add
    butter.
    Fold
    together
    entire mixture until flour is just moistened.
    Bake pancakes on greased, hot griddle using about 1/4 cup of mixture to make a 4 to 5-inch pancake.
