Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 Tbsp. canola oil
1 lb., ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 medium onions, diced
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 to 4 drops Tabasco
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat real well; add onions and brown.
Add all ingredients except sugar and herbs.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours; add herbs and cook another 1 1/2 hours.
Add sugar at very end.
Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
