Bacon And Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) can cooked white meat chicken, drained
    1 small stalk celery, thinly sliced
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    pepper to taste
    3 hamburger buns, toasted
    3 canned pineapple rings, well drained
    3 slices Armour lower salt bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, onion, yogurt and pepper in small bowl.
    If desired, place lettuce leaf on bottom of each bun; place pineapple ring on lettuce.
    Top each with one third of the chicken mixture and bacon.
    Makes 3 servings.
