Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice (brown)
    4 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put into greased casserole. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
