Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. beef (baked, broiled or roasted), cut into chunks
1 pkg. beef broth and seasoning mix
4 oz. potatoes, chunked
2 oz. peas
2 oz. carrots
1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 pkg. beef lite gravy
Preparation
-
Cook vegetables in broth and seasoning mix until tender. Remove from heat.
Drop in cooked beef which you have removed all visible fat.
Remove from heat and cover so meat will heat through.
