Macaroni Cheese Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 green pepper
    1 small garlic
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    4 oz. American cheese
    1 lb. macaroni
Preparation
    Cut up green
    pepper
    and
    garlic;
    fry
    in
    pan with 4 tablespoons oil until tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes.\tAdd
    cheese (cut in 1/2-inch cubes).
    Stir into mixture.
    Serve over hot macaroni.
