Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (not drained)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Add oil and eggs; mix well.
    Stir in strawberries, pineapple, raisins and pecans.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from pans; cool.
    Wrap loaves in foil tightly overnight to mellow.
