Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Pet light evaporated skimmed milk
    2/3 c. bottled chili sauce
    2/3 c. safflower oil
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Using a wire whisk, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled.
    Serve over tossed green salad. Yields 2 cups.
    One tablespoon serving contains 54 calories and no cholesterol.
