Oatmeal Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. rolled oats
    2/3 c. molasses
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 yeast cakes
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Add oats, molasses, salt and oil to boiling water.
    Let cool. Dissolve yeast cakes
    in
    water.
    Add to first mixture. Mix in flour, sifted.
    Let
    rise
    in greased bowl until double in size. Shape into loaves or
    rolls.
    Let
    rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves or 2 dozen rolls.
