Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
Simmer until sugar melts and sauce has thickened a little.
Serve with chicken or pork.
