Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. cut up cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a pan.
    Mix in flour and salt. Add milk slowly, stirring until smooth. Cook and stir until sauce thickens. Add mustard and cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Makes 2 2/3 cups sauce.
