Strawberry Pie (Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust
    1 pt. washed and sliced blueberries
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add cornstarch and sugar and boil until thick.
    Let gel for a few minutes in the refrigerator. Add strawberries and pour into crust.
    Chill in the refrigerator. Serve with whipped topping, vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
