Roast Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) lamb
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. each: marjoram, thyme and rosemary
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Crush garlic with salt and pepper.
    Mix with oil; spread on lamb.
    Sprinkle with marjoram, thyme, rosemary and flour.
    Pour wine and 1 cup water into pan.
    Roast in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
    Serves 6.
