Sweet Potato And Apple Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced thin
1 1/2 c. tart apples, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place in a buttered baking dish by layers, half of the sweet potatoes, cover with half of the apples, sprinkle with half the sugar, dot with half of the butter and sprinkle with half of the salt.
Repeat the layers.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until apples are tender.
