Cinnamon-Frosted Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts

In a small bowl, beat butter for
30
seconds.\tAdd sugars; beat until fluffy.\tAdd eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in flour.
Stir in zucchini, coconut and
nuts.\tSpread\tin

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.\tCool completely in pan.\tDrizzle with frosting; cut into bars.
