Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. partially thawed hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. grated Cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together, except butter and bread crumbs, and pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle the butter over crumbs.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
