Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    4 bread slices
    1/2 c. water or milk
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chili
    sauce or ketchup
Preparation
    Mix meats thoroughly with bread which has been soaked in the milk, seasonings and beaten eggs.
    Put in a well-greased loaf pan.
    Spread with ketchup or chili sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
