Crunch Top Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    4 large baking Irish potatoes
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2-inch crosswise slices.
    Cook in boiling water until almost tender.
    Melt butter in shallow 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add single layer of potatoes, turning once in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1/2 hour or until done and tops are crisp.
    Serve hot.
