Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. chicken, cooked, diced
    10 oz. pkg. okra, frozen, cut up
    1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. corn, cooked
Preparation
    Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, onion, parsley and bouillon cubes to chicken broth.
    Simmer 24 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add chicken and okra; cook for 6 minutes longer.
    Add rice and corn.
    Heat and serve.
    Makes 6 servings, 1 cup each; 155 calories per serving.
