Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small container Cool Whip
    4 kiwi fruit
    1 pt. strawberries
    1 can pineapple chunks
    other fruits (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) jar peach preserves
Preparation
    Press cookie dough onto a greased pizza pan.
    Cook as directed.
    Do not overcook.
    Let cool.
    Mix softened cream cheese with 3/4 of the container of Cool Whip.
    Spread onto dough.
    Cut up fruit onto pan.
    Spoon heated preserves onto pizza.
    Let chill in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours before serving.
