Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk*
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    *Add 1 tablespoon vinegar to milk and let stand 1 minute.
