Southwestern Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
2 ripe tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) bag Fritos corn chips
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina salad dressing
Preparation

Wash and drain lettuce.
Break into small pieces in a large salad bowl.
Add tomatoes which have been cut into small pieces. Add Ranch Style beans.
Just before serving, add corn chips and Catalina dressing.
Toss well and serve.
For small servings, this recipe can be halved.
