Spinach Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 oz.) bags fresh spinach, cooked and chopped or substitute frozen, chopped spinach
1 (10 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, chopped fine
4 to 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced fine
olive oil (the best you can get)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Add olive oil to moisten to taste. Use as filling for spinach turnovers (in roll mix dough) or excellent as: pizza topping, dip for raw vegetables, to spread on French bread or crackers, to stuff boneless chicken breasts or to toss with hot pasta.
