Spinach Bites And Lemon Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    dash of ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Lightly grease baking sheets.
    In a small bowl, mix spinach, stuffing mix, cheese, eggs, margarine, onion and nutmeg.
    Shape into walnut size balls.
    Place on baking sheets.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until ready to bake.
