Popover Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.
    Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water; mix well.
    Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
