Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, boiled, deboned and chopped
1 large bag taco Doritos, crumbled
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can Ro-Tel
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 chopped bell pepper
grated Cheddar cheese
sour cream
black olives
Preparation

Mix chicken broth, soups, chili powder, Ro-Tel, onions and bell pepper.
Place half of the chicken in casserole dish.
Pour half of the soup mixture on top.
Crumble half of the Doritos on top. Layer again in this order.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve topped with sour cream and black olives. Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
