Herbed Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    3 large chicken breasts, boned and halved
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. cooking wine (Sauterne)
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimento
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix using package directions.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper in skillet.
    Brown slowly in butter.
    Spoon rice into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with chicken, skin side up.
    Add soup to skillet.
    Slowly add Sauterne, stirring until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 6.
