Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled chicken, boned
1/2 bag Doritos
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can Pet milk
1 c. broth
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spread chips in casserole dish.
Place boned chicken on top of chips.
Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender.
Add all other ingredients except for the cheese.
Mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with cheese the last few minutes.
