Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Mix and pour into a tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
