Cowboy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 - 8 potatoes
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Let cool.
    Peel and cube.
    In large skillet, fry bacon.
    Remove bacon and allow to cool, then crumble.
    Saute onions and peppers in bacon drippings.
    Add potatoes and stir, heating thoroughly.
    Add bacon last.
    Serve while hot.
