Ingredients

2 c. flour
dash of salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. margarine
1 jar apricot preserves
Preparation

Sift flour and salt.
Put cream cheese and butter in a bowl and blend.
Add sifted ingredients; blend and cover.
Chill.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Divide dough into small portions.
Roll on floured board about 1/8 inch thick and 3 inches square.
Place a scant tablespoonful of preserves in center of dough and fold 2 opposite corners to center.
Pinch and seal.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 20 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
