Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat whites until stiff.
Add salt, sugar and vanilla.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spoon onto cookie sheet covered with brown paper.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 minute.
Turn oven off.
Leave in oven 1 hour or overnight.
Do not open oven until finished.
