Cabbage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 medium cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or large skillet until hot.
    Add cabbage, onion, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Stir-fry until cabbage is just tender and light green, about 3 minutes. Add water and cover; remove from heat.
    Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
