Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken thighs (stewed and boned)
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped (use some of chive end)
    1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes (Del Monte)
Preparation
    Use meat mixture to fill and roll about 12 to 15 flour tortillas.
    Place rolled tortillas in cooking dish.
