Cheesy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked white rice
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices soft white bread, cubed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. To cook chicken, you can either boil for 20 to 25 minutes or place in a microwave-safe dish; cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on High. Turn and cook another 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Let cool. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, combine chicken, salt, pepper, rice and soup. Mix well. Top with cheese, then with bread cubes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
