Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. instant oats
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. Cream shortening and sugars; add eggs and beat. Add flour mixture and oats. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
