Mushroom Croustades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 thin slices white bread
    3 Tbsp. minced shallots
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced chives
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut a 3-inch round from each slice of bread.
    Brush inside of 2 miniature muffin tins generously with butter.
    Gently fit bread rounds into each mold to form a cup. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool.
