Chicken Breasts Diane(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions (dried okay)
    juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1/4 c.)
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley (dried okay)
    2 tsp. mustard (any kind)
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook chicken slowly in covered nonstick skillet on both sides. Add a little water if it wants to stick.
