Whitney'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dark nutmeg
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
    2 unbaked pie shells
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jacket until done.
    Peel and mash.
    Add butter, sugar, vanilla, sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon.
    Combine the beaten eggs and milk.
    Mix with potatoes until well blended. Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
