Brown Sugar Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 egg white, unbeaten
Preparation
    Combine sugar, nuts and egg and mix.
    Using 1 rounded teaspoonful per cookie, shape into balls.
    Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
