Lemon Things - cooking recipe

1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Mix flour, margarine and powdered sugar in small
bowl.
Press
evenly in bottom and about 5/8-inch up sides of square\tpan,
8 x 8 x 2-inches.
If dough is sticky, flour
fingers.
Bake
20
minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients in a medium
bowl
on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Pour over hot
crust.
Bake\tabout
25 minutes.
Let stand until cool and cut into small pieces.
