Cajun-Style Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    oil
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    In large bowl mix onion soup mix, bread crumbs, chili powder, cumin, thyme and pepper.
    Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture; coating well.
    In large skillet heat 1/2-inch oil and cook chicken over medium heat turning once until tender.
    Drain on paper towel. Serve warm and could be served with assorted mustards.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
